About Us

My Greens grew out of an idea founders Mark and Debbie had during the 2020 COVID lockdown. Both passionate about home grown vegetables, cooking and sustainability, their small but productive urban garden plot enabled them to pick and consume a bounty of fresh fruit and vegetables on demand. But not all of their friends, family or neighbours were in the same self-sufficient position. The seed was sown; it was time to bring DIY urban gardening back to the New Zealand dinner table. 

The My Greens Hydroponics system that Mark and Debbie designed brings all the benefits that you get from growing your own vegetables in a normal soil garden but with the added benefits of being easy care, fast-growing and more space and water efficient.
