We use the wonderful team at NZ Post for postage of all small packages. We select the photo option as proof of delivery which we can send to you if required. In the rare event of a missing or damaged parcel, complaints can be laid through NZ Post using your tracking ID which is supplied via email once your item has been dispatched from our Warehouse.

For larger items we use PBT Freight for outside the Waikato area or Whitehall Movers for local Waikato Deliveries.
